These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between FinalThird Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales(Registered Address: 86 Cranmore Road, BR7 6ET, UK) (“we”, “us”,“our”), and you (“you”, “user”), regarding your use of our online subscription-based web application available at www.finalthird.pro (“FinalThird”, “the Platform”, “theService”).

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using FinalThird, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
Description of Service
FinalThird is an online tactical design and planning platform for football coaches. Users can create, edit, and export tactical content, diagrams, and plans. No content uploads are permitted.
Account Registration
You must create an individual account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
Subscription Plans & Billing

- Annual Subscription
All subscriptions are billed via Stripe.

4.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their billing period unless cancelled.4.3 Cancellation

Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds except where required by UK law.
User Content
Users retain ownership of any content created using FinalThird tools. FinalThird receives a limited licence solely to host and display this content.
Intellectual Property
All platformtechnology, templates, UI, and branding remain the property ofFinalThird Ltd.
Prohibited Use
You agree not tomisuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt platformfunctionality.
Service Availability
We do notguarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or technical issuesmay affect access.
Limitation of Liability
Ourliability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Termination
Accounts may beterminated for violations, fraud, unlawful behaviour, ornon-payment.
Governing Law
These Terms aregoverned by English law.
